If the rain all morning on Sunday was the price we had to pay for the beautiful day we had on Monday and the rest of the week, then it was totally worth it. This summer has been so busy that I’m late getting my quarterly book talk posted, but here it FINALLY is! In April, May, and June I read 7 books. Most are fiction (one being historical fiction), one is a memoir, one could be considered a self-help book, and one is even a children’s book. RAGBRAI DAY 1!
RAGBRAI (Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa) happened last week, and now I’m back home and ready to report on how it all played out!
